WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

All Minor History products are designed and developed in New York City. Our leather hides come from American cows and are finished in our tannery in Southern China. Our cut and sew factory, in Guangzhou China, is true a partner of Minor History that provides craftsmanship, experience and production flexibility.

The quality of our goods is unrivaled because of this partnership as supported by our LIFETIME GUARANTEE. Both our factory and tannery are audited by an independent 3rd party to ensure working conditions, safety and fair wages are prioritized.

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY BAG? 

To clean, gently wipe with damp cloth and let air dry. Professional cleaning is recommended for stains.

MY BAG HAS SOME VARIATIONS, IS THIS NORMAL?

Subtle markings and texture variation are not considered imperfections, but inherent characteristics of the natural hides. Regardless, if you would like to arrange an exchange please email info@minorhistory.com.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept free returns and exchanges on all full priced items in new condition within 30 days of purchase. All returns and exchanges must include original packaging. Upon receipt of the return, we will credit back the original form of payment. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, sale items and international orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Orders can be placed through our website 24/7 or by phone Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm EST via 1-866-640-0530. If you are a retailer looking to carry Minor History in your shop, please reach out through FAIRE.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We strive to pack and ship orders on the same day we receive them, however it is possible it will take up to 5 days for an order to leave our warehouse during busty times. FREE SHIPPING is available on orders over 100.00 via USPS. These typically deliver in 3-8 days after shipping and a tracking number will be sent with your shipping confirmation. If you have a rush shipping request – email info@minorhistory.comand we will try to accommodate you.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING? 

International shipping is an available option at checkout. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Minor History has no control over these charges, nor can Minor History predict what they may be. International Orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

WILL YOU MAKE A PRICE ADJUSTMENT? 

If an item goes on sale on our site within 7 days of your purchase, then we’d be happy to make a price adjustment. Just email us at info@minorhistory.comwith your order number. A refund for the price difference will be issued via the original form of payment. Items purchased from our stockists are not eligible for price adjustments. Some final sale items are excluded from price adjustments as well.
