What's your return/exchange policy?
We accept free returns and exchanges on all items in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Please complete the form and we will provide a shipping label to you via email promptly.
All returns and exchanges must include all original packaging. Upon receipt of the return, we will credit back to the original form of payment.
Please note original order shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, sale items and international orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

What are your shipping options?
We strive to pack and ship orders on the same day we receive them, however it is possible it will take up to 3 days for an order to leave our warehouse.
FREE SHIPPING is available on orders over 100.00 via USPS. These typically deliver in 5-8 days and a tracking number will be sent with your shipping confirmation.
We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for 32.00 via FedEx. Tracking will be sent with your shipping confirmation.
If you have a rush shipping request – email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to accommodate you.
International shipping is an available option at checkout. Please NOTE - International orders are not eligible for free returns or exchanges and all duty's or additionally fees are the responsibility of the receiver.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Amazon Payments.
What about sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipped to New York.
How do I use a promotion code?
To use a promotion code at checkout simply enter the coupon code you wish to apply to your order in the code box. After submitting the code, you will see a confirmation that the code was applied. Note, only one code can be used per order.

Do you do gift receipts?
Gift receipts are not part of our normal workflow but if you require one please email email@example.com immediately after placing your order and we will attempt to accommodate.
Will you make a price adjustment?
If an item goes on sale on our site within 7 days of your purchase, then we’d be happy to make a price adjustment. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. A refund for the price difference will be issued via the original form of payment.
Items purchased from our stockists are not eligible for price adjustments.
How will my product wear over time?
Minor History products are made from the finest leather and will soften and drape beautifully with wear.
The color of our natural vegetable tanned leather will deepen over time as it is exposed to sunlight and the oils in your skin. View an image of this change here.
My bag looks different than I expected.
Subtle markings and texture variation are not considered imperfections, but inherent characteristics of the natural hides. Regardless, if you would like to arrange an exchange please email email@example.com
Is color transfer an issue?
Care should be taken when coming in contact with lighter color fabrics as color transfer may occur. Reversely if you’ve selected a lighter color Minor History bag you should be aware of contact with dark fabrics such as denim.
How should I clean my bag?
To clean, gently wipe with damp cloth and let air dry.
We recommend Leather Lover from Murchison-Hume for light at home care.
Professional cleaning is recommended for stains.
Where are your products made?
All Minor History products are designed and developed in New York City. Our leather hides come from American cows and are finished in our tannery in Southern China.
Our cut and sew factory, in Guangzhou China, is true a partner of Minor History that provides craftsmanship, experience and production flexibility. The quality of our goods is unrivaled because of this partnership.
